Pilot Usability Studies Available for Collaborators in Qatar |
In Qatar? Have a need for a usability study? Need to enhance a system interface, a website, or an app? Want better customer engagement?
The APG Team of the Qatar Computing Research Institute is here to help!
We have a complete mobile usability lab and are willing to assist our local partners and entities in conducting a pilot usability study of five or fewer customers.
The Mobile Usability Lab is a portable, self-contained capability for performing eye tracking, mouse tracking, talk-aloud voice recording, face recognition of emotions, electroencephalogram (EEG), and recording of device interactions for conducting user studies wherever needed.
The APG Team has conducted more than a dozen usability studies for all types of systems, sites, and domains, including detailed statistical analysis of data for meaningful results! We collect both quantitative (i.e., numbers) and qualitative (i.e., word) data for enhanced customer understanding. So, we have the experience!
If interested in a pilot study (free if collected data is available for research) or a full usability study (with consulting agreement), please contact Dr. Jim Jansen (jjansen@acm.org).
